Working with storytelling projects, I follow my deep curiosity about human experience and the world in general. In my work, I aim to embrace complexity, to stay with nuance and contradiction \u2014 after all, human experience is always rich, complex, and multifaceted. I let uncertainty remain part of the narrative and avoid simplifying or framing people or issues through fixed roles or headlines. I am especially interested in telling stories that resist simple explanations. My work often unfolds slowly and changes direction along the way. I follow what feels alive in the moment, rather than what fits a predefined storyline.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My intention is to tell stories about what makes us human, stories that can make us reflect, feel more aliveness and emotional resonance, and connect us more deeply to our shared humanity, our common ground. In a time of increased fear, alienation and despair, I try to tell stories that can incite a sense of hope, joy and levity, but also stories about difficult realities that are often left out of the public conversation \u2014 about shame, vulnerability, moral ambiguity, inequality, broken relationships, and the slow aftermath of loss or conflict. I am interested in what becomes possible when these experiences are met with enough relational safety and embodied presence to be expressed, felt, and shared.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
